This mainboard IPO is a book-built issue valued at ₹9,275.22 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 13.56 crore shares worth ₹8,000 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.16 crore shares totaling ₹1,275.22 crore. Meanwhile, the Juniper Green Energy IPO is set to open on July 30 and close on August 3, with a total value of ₹1,800 crore, comprising entirely a fresh issue of equity shares. The MV Electrosystems IPO, also launching on July 30 and closing on August 3, aims to raise ₹290 crore through a fresh issue with no OFS component.
Additional IPOs and SME Segment
In addition to these mainboard offerings, several companies will debut in the SME segment. The Advance Technoforge IPO, Propshop Events & Exhibitions IPO, and Poojaa Precision Engineering IPO are among those set to open for subscription. The Propshop Events & Exhibitions IPO and Advance Technoforge IPO will open on July 27, while the Poojaa Precision IPO will open on July 28. Other IPOs, including the Dhaval Packaging IPO and Fusion Klassroom Edutech IPO, are scheduled to enter the market on July 30 and 31, respectively.
