TVS Motor Q1 Profit Rises 67%, Board Approves ₹1,000 Crore

TVS Motor Company reported a 67.1% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to ₹1,019.43 crore for the June quarter of the current financial year (Q1FY27). TVS Motor achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales during Q1FY27, with overall two and three-wheeler sales growing by 28% to 16.3 lakh units compared to 12.8 lakh units in the same quarter last year. Motorcycle sales rose by 19% to 7.4 lakh units, while scooter sales increased by 36% to 6.8 lakh units. The international business also saw a 33% growth, with sales reaching 4.7 lakh units.
