Oberoi Realty Q1 profit rises 29% to ₹544 crore, revenue up

Oberoi Realty reported a consolidated net profit of ₹544 crore for the June-ended quarter (Q1 FY27), marking a 29% increase from ₹421 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 31.7% year-on-year to ₹1,301 crore, compared to ₹987.6 crore in the previous year, the company announced on Friday after market hours.

Strong Operating Performance

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 41% year-on-year to ₹734 crore, up from ₹520 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin expanded by 370 basis points to 56.4% during the quarter. Earlier this month, Oberoi Realty reported strong consumer demand, having sold luxury homes worth ₹8,109 crore in its newly launched project in Gurugram. This project includes 832 apartments across six towers, with prices starting at ₹18 crore.

Dividend Declaration

In conjunction with its financial results, Oberoi Realty declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY27, representing 20% of the face value of ₹10 per share. The record date for determining eligibility for the dividend is set for July 23, 2026, with payments expected to be made by July 31, 2026, subject to applicable statutory deductions.
