Juniper Green Energy sets IPO price band at ₹214-225

Juniper Green Energy Limited has set its initial public offering (IPO) price band at ₹214 to ₹225 per share. The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on July 30 and will close on August 3, 2026, according to reports from Moneycontrol and Livemint.

The company plans to allocate 50% of the shares in the public issue to qualified institutional buyers (QIB), 15% to non-institutional investors, and 35% to retail investors. The minimum lot size for the IPO is 66 equity shares, with further purchases in multiples of 66 shares. The allocation to anchor investors is set for July 29, 2026, with the basis of allotment expected to be finalized on August 4.

The IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue of equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component. Juniper Green Energy aims to utilize approximately ₹683.24 crore of the net proceeds for the repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings. Additionally, ₹728.69 crore will be directed towards its subsidiaries—Juniper Green Gamma One, Juniper Green Kite, and Juniper Green Power Five—to assist in repaying outstanding debt. The remaining funds will be allocated for general corporate purposes.

Background

At the upper end of the price band, the company is projected to achieve a post-listing market capitalization of around ₹12,802.46 crore. The shares are expected to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on August 6, 2026.
