IPO Details

The IPO price band has been fixed between ₹461 and ₹485 per equity share, with a lot size of 30 shares. The company has reduced the size of the fresh issue to ₹500 crore from an initially proposed ₹1,000 crore, while the offer for sale was scaled down from 12.96 crore equity shares. For the fiscal year 2026, Indo-MIM reported a net profit increase of 26% year-on-year, reaching ₹533.5 crore, with revenues also rising by 26% to ₹4,193 crore, reflecting strong demand in its key markets.
